$100,000 to $250,000 per yearResults Driven Sales Agents Needed – Remote – Training provided $75K – $250K (results vary)The Weyland Agency is actively looking for a dynamic and results-oriented team member and business partner to mentor for senior positions. The ideal person is self-motivated, results oriented, confident, and ambitious.to build a team and sell instant issue and simplified issue life insurance to homeowners wanting to protect their home due to death or disability. We offer retirement solutions, whole life, term, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits. Currently we have more prospects than agents to work them. We have 16 different types that are compliant. Our field underwriters meet with clients over the phone or through a zoom meeting and help them apply for the insurance policy.Training provided through an online platform with some of the industrys top sales representatives and team builders, one on one mentorship, and events. No experience is necessary. Commitment and consistency are required to reach the top level. We are actively looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual who is coachable to join our team.COMPENSATIONThe average compensation is around $400-$650 per application (results vary). Full time underwriters write about 5 or more applications per week. Part time or full time hours are available.Promotions are results oriented with the ability to earn passive income of $200,000 to $500,000 yearly after a few years of hard work and dedication. You have the ability to earn a 5% raise every month with bonuses, every month for your first three months, then every two months thereafter.
