This role is fully on-site for the first 90 days and Monday through Thursday after that.In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.What does a great Technical Business Analyst do?You will be responsible for the technical operations of the Premier Navigator product suite, which provides our financial clients access to effectively perform their jobs, run their bank, make critical business decisions, and provide access for other critical 3rd party product solutions. Premier Navigator is used by more than 1300 Fiserv clients to access their core accounts, in addition to a large number of the Ancillary applications developed by Fiserv. This position has high client demand since it serves as the user interface for most of the Premier application suite. This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity for the right candidate to be actively involved with the technical side of delivering a high value product solution to our clients and Fiserv.What you will do:Work through Service Now daily tasks, Incidents and Change Requests.Take part in design meetings to complete projects for Premier core server environments.Provide daily feedback on system stability by monitoring multiple dashboards and alerting services.Maintain environmental integrity between Production / Certification and Disaster recovery sites.What you will need to have:Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and/or related field required or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years work-related experience.Must be able to make decisions, resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, follow specific instructions, perform repeatable technical product implementations, manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and possess effective multi-tasking skills.Must show a demonstrated work history of learning technical software applications, processes and procedures as well as performing technical product implementations.Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) with special attention to technical contentHave a good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, IBM db2 and Microsoft Windows servers, including hardware and softwareBe able to take ownership of job duties & responsibilities as well as work independently with minimal supervision and oversightWilling to travel up to 5%What would be great to have:Experience with Fiserv Premier products or previous experience in banking or financial services industryMicrosoft SQL 2012 & higher, and MS SQL Query LanguageIBM db2 9.5 and & higherMicrosoft Internet Information Services (IIS), FTP file movements and file transmissions, Automated file processingPowerShell, Python, Power BIWorking knowledge of network connectivity including basic connectivity troubleshootingTechnical product implementations (includes SQL DBA & Windows Server administration functions)A wide variety of 3rd party programs and applications.Experience in Splunk and DynatraceThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
