• Gathers and analyzes financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues.
• Assists with the preparation and analysis of forecasts and budgets.
• Maintains & analyzes financial dashboards & reports used for analysis of accounting and

business wide issues.

• Assists with the design and production of monthly reports.
• Assists with the generation of invoices and tracking/reconciliation of outstanding Accounts

Receivables.

• Supports business unit employees through analysis of financial data.
• Ensures company compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and

assists with interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards.

• Collaborates and communicates with various corporate departments on data integrity and

validation.

• Ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures and recommend accounting

process improvements.

• Special projects as assigned.

QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.
• Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
• Database and Financial Management systems (ex: Workday) experience preferred.
• Highly Effective Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activity streams.
• Ability to work effectively with and communicate with all levels of management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferredExpereince: 1+ years’ experience of financial analysis or relevant academic experienceWorking Conditions: Hybrid (Will be going into our Boston office 2-3 times a week)The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $50,000-$55,000.
