Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.While working in operations, you will be responsible for testing numerous production and developmental programs while paying great attention to detail at all times. Working in a team environment you will be tasked to rotate between labs and support numerous operations and build process. This role is for the test department in support of B01,B03 & B08. In some cases duties you will help plan, design and execute activities that are directly created to the physical creation of RTX products. Understanding of test equipment and test sets. Familiarity with DAVID test sets and other electrical components such as meters, oscilloscope, black bodies, data acquisition systems and understanding of proper ESD protocol.This is an onsite, third shift position.Responsibilities to Anticipate:– Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables, and services, troubleshoots and solves problems, issues related to electronic board and components.– Send daily reports to management of current work flow.– You will be tasks to perform different types of assembly work and must be able to rotate to support other functions throughout the factory.– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing soldering tools and microscopes.– Ability to navigate through CMES– Knowledge of Aramis and responsible for CAL equipment.Basic Qualifications:Typically Requires AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.Experience in test department while working with numerous test software – i.e. TestLab, DaveCore, MatLab & Talon.Knowledge of cryogenicsExperience working with electrical equipment such as power meters, oscilloscope.Knowledge of Aramis calibrationThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
