We are looking for a highly dynamic Marketing and Business Development Coordinator passionate about growth and innovation. This individual will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies, coordinating impactful events, and creating compelling content to support business development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Business Development team, contributing directly to the company’s strategic vision and community engagement efforts.

  • Plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives, including email, event, social media, content marketing, and CVO campaigns within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, ensuring lead generation and progress tracking. Manage and track all processes via a calendar or project management tool to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing and community events, webinars, and content campaigns, including vendor coordination, registrations, scheduling, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage content across multiple channels such as blogs, social media, newsletters, CEO’s video content, and podcast appearances, ensuring consistency and engaging topics.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and presentation for the Business Development team, alongside managing marketing and development calendars.
  • Evaluate campaign performance through key metrics analysis, manage external vendor relationships, and conduct market research to identify trends.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database in collaboration with the Business Development team, ensuring accurate capture and tracking of data from tradeshows, webinars, newsletter signups, and other lead generation activities. This includes the responsibility for data entry, database management, and the analysis of CRM data to support targeted marketing and business development strategies.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Strong capabilities in content creation, social media management, event coordination, and multitasking.

Experience: Prior experience in marketing, content management, and campaign analysis. Experience with project management tools and techniques to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Travel: The position requires attendance at tradeshows throughout Dade, Broward, Collier, and Palm Beach counties. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to these locations as needed.
