We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator who can meet deadlines work in templates, with a basic knowledge of design and formatting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current design software, support internal sales teams by using templates to format proposals, and other print and digital assets. They will work with other designers to set production timelines and produce printed materials. This would include coordinating with print vendors, reviewing and approving proofs, and troubleshooting preflight file formatting. The Production Coordinator also creates basic charts, graphics, and PowerPoint layouts.Job DescriptionThe Production Coordinator has a basic knowledge of design and formatting using Adobe design software.They support internal sales teams by using templates to format proposals, and other print and digital assets.They work with other designers to set production timelines and produce printed materials. This would include coordinating with print vendors, reviewing and approving proofs, and troubleshooting preflight file formatting.The Production Coordinator also creates basic charts, graphics, and PowerPoint layouts.

QualificationsEducation: Associate degree, certificate in Graphic Design or equivalentExperience: 0 to 2 years of experienceSoftware: Proficiency with Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator)Portfolio: Sample of work or school portfolio, preferably digitized.This position is a remote, work from home position.
