Job description: Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning, management, and execution of communications, electronic and print media related to membership and Annual Campaign efforts. Some design responsibilities will apply.
Essential Functions:
–
Design, update, and produce in-house marketing materials. This may vary slightly year to year, but could include program guides, member newsletters, annual and capital campaign materials, annual report, print ads, direct mail, business cards and stationery, and in house surveys and other collateral materials.

Contribute to marketing strategy to ensure consistent message across Association.

Communicate regularly with the website management team to update and edit pages as needed.

Maintain a consistent presence through social media Channels, coordinating with branches as needed.

Monitor and respond to social media inquiries to assure consistent positive impressions of the Association.
o
Schedule posts, update content as needed (profile images, cover photos, etc.), creating Facebook events, and schedule boosted posts will all be needed.

Collaborate with operations and marketing staff to identify target audiences, schedule, produce, and implement promotions. This will include email communication of membership promotions.

Assist in the development and maintenance of Association’s marketing template library for use by branches.

Assist branches to promote and implement special projects and events as needed.
–
Research and implement current YUSA promotions and campaigns when applicable to work we are doing at the Branch and Association level. Ex. Healthy Kids Day, Welcoming Week, etc.

Expected salary: $50000 – 65000 per year
