NoJob Description:Summary of the position:The Marketing Graphic Designer is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for producing visually compelling designs across varying digital and print media. This role is crucial for creating high-impact visual content that enhances our brand’s presence, communicates our marketing messages effectively, and drives customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background, be proficient in design software, and possess a keen understanding of marketing principles.This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.Duties and responsibilities:Design Creation:

  • Develop and implement original designs for various marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales flyers, advertisements, brochures, email marketing templates, website assets and social media graphics.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all visual and graphic materials align with Hitachi Global Air Power brand identity, style guidelines, and messaging objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and other departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and materials are of the highest quality.

Feedback Implementation:

  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.

Trend Awareness:

  • Awareness of the latest trends in graphic design, marketing, and related technologies, applying best practices and innovative techniques to your work.

Asset Management:

  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, graphics, and brand elements.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related fieldProfessional experience:

  • Minimum 4-8+ years of proven experience in graphic design, particularly within a marketing or advertising context. Industrial experience is a plus.
