This position does not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.Our National Security Sector is seeking a Requirements Specialist to support an Intelligence Community enterprise IT program. Our client is revolutionizing Intel analysis by delivering innovative tools which enable users to better find relevant information, identify connections in the data, and collaborate with the client, partners, and counterparts, with the goal of making analysts more effective at their jobs.We’re seeking a dynamic candidate with multifaceted knowledge of requirements gathering, validation, and tracking to join an existing group of Subject Matter Experts, Requirements Specialist, Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, PMs, Trainers and Mission Partners. This is a fast-paced mission-supporting analytical environment which manages mission requirements and introduces cutting-edge technologies. In this role you will:

  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing application updates and improvements.
  • Consistently seek out and pass along application user feedback, provide application user troubleshooting assistance as needed, and provide briefing and demonstration support as needed.
  • Ensure all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts are generated, maintained, and reviewed for accuracy in order to effectively and successfully manage the program and ensure program reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines.
  • Consult and coordinate to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification are accomplished.
  • Consult with users, managers, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and refining existing Information Technology (IT) programs to reduce manual entry and improve current techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience conferring with project managers, systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design application features within time and cost constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence software.
  • Demonstrated experience working and managing requirements in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of office project schedules and technical and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing high-level reporting and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, and status.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with the client’s analytic production applications and analytic workflow processes.
  • Demonstrated experience being able to develop, implement and support ongoing critical integration efforts utilizing enterprise resource planning tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and collaborating skills with the ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated experience with the client’s budget cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing daily operations for a team, assigning tasks to teammates and providing review and oversight for team deliverables in accordance with managers’ directions.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across teams to execute project schedules and calculate the Critical Path of Delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating a portfolio of multi-year funding profiles.
